Will Davison is one of Australia’s elite V8 Supercar stars and this country’s most accomplished young racing drivers.
Winner of the 2009 Bathurst 1000 and runner up in the V8 Supercar Championship Series that season as well, Will has signed to race for the Ford factory team, Ford Performance Racing, in 2011 and beyond.
Personable, presentable and professional, Will Davison raced for Australia in A1GP, tested for Formula 1 team Minardi, and won races in British Formula 3 and Formula Renault before switching to V8 Supercars in 2005.
Since then he’s been a regular front runner and race winner, and is one of the superstars of V8 Supercar racing.
Racing is in Will Davison’s blood. Following on from his late grandfather Lex Davison (who won the Australian Grand Prix on four occasions in the 1950s and 60s), his championship winning father Richard and his elder brother Alex (also a V8 Supercar driver), Davison has an inbuilt passion for racing.
Look for Will’s #6 Trading Post-sponsored Ford Falcon in the V8 Supercar events of 2012.
