DORIC JOINS EREBUS MOTORSPORT

Erebus Motorsport has welcomed a new sponsor to its partnership family for 2015, with Australia’s largest privately owned hardware manufacturer Doric Products joining the team on a new two-year agreement.

Doric, which has been a longterm personal sponsor of Erebus Motorsport pilot Will Davison since 2011, has extended that association in a new partnership which will see Doric branding and that of sister-company Cowdroy feature on both #4 and #9 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG for the next two years.

Additionally, Doric and Cowdroy branding will also be displayed on the Erebus Motorsport SLS AMG GT3 cars at the upcoming Bathurst 12 Hour and any prospective races contested by the team in the Asia-Pacific region.

Erebus Motorsport CEO Ryan Maddison said it was exciting to be welcoming a new partner to the team’s sponsorship family as the team enters its third year in V8 Supercars.

“We are really excited to have Doric on board for the next two years, not only in a V8 Supercars capacity but also through our GT program which has the added benefit of exposure through the Asia Pacific region,’’ said Maddison.

Erebus Motorsport pilot Davison said it was rewarding to see a company he has had a longterm relationship with extend their investment in V8 Supercars.

“I’m very proud to have been a part of the Doric family as long as I have and to see them join Erebus Motorsport is really exciting,” said Davison.

“Doric does incredible things with its sponsorship program and I’m looking forward to being a part of that both on and off the track over the next two years.”
